Design Cooperation: Tatsuhiro Nakamura (BRANCH LIGHTING DESIGN)

This pendant light was designed for a creative studio specializing in visual arts and imaginative content. Because it was intended for a meeting space with a ceiling height equivalent to two floors, we felt that, rather than standard downlights, a lighting fixture capable of creating a soft, ambient glow throughout the space would be more suitable.
The central frame was custom-made and combined with exposed linear LED lamps arranged around it. Additionally, to ensure sufficient illuminance on the tabletop—located at a considerable distance from the light source—a downlight was integrated into the bottom portion of the fixture, achieving both an appropriate sense of scale and the necessary functional lighting.
